Foursomes will be balanced by skill level.
Registration is limited. Spouses and vendors are welcome. Entrance fee is $30 per person if registration is received by April 15th ($40 after). Fee includes lunch, cart, prizes, and 18 holes of golf.
Send tournament registration form in no later than April 15, 2005. Same day registrations accepted on a space-available basis.
