Terms and Conditions

Sponsorships for this event are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsor agrees to pay amount indicated for sponsorship. Payment in full is due no later than April 22, 2005. ACPE reserves the right to withdraw the sponsorship if payment is not received by April 26, 2005. Cancellation of sponsorship must be emailed to acpeconf@comcast.net no later than February 28, 2005. No refunds of sponsorship fees will be made. Acceptance of this application by ACPE constitutes a contract.
