If you are paying with a Purchase Order have your PO number before you register online.
Please have one person do the online registration for all employees from your organization attending this conference, if they are paying with the same PO.

If you attended the conference last year, please sign up using the account that you created last year, all you need is your email address that you used.
If you have more than one person attending from your district using the same PO or credit card, please have one person in your office sign up everyone at once.
Note: Use this form to give to your supervisor for approval to attend the 2007 ACPE Conference. You do not need to fax or mail it in. Register for the conference by going to www.acpenw.org and clicking on the registration link. Online registration is the only form of registration that will be accepted.
Registration Costs
- Full Package: $205 (Includes Preconference Seminars, Sponsor showcase, conference sessions, meals and annual membership)
- Thursday Only: $145 (Includes sessions, events, meals on Thursday and annual membership)
- Friday Only: $110 (Includes sessions, events, meals on Friday and annual membership)
- Retired ACPE officer: No charge
- Golf Tournament: $60 per player (Includes boxed lunch, 18 holes and cart)
- Croquet Tournament: $15 per player (Includes boxed lunch and one game and equipment)
- Geocache Walk: $10 per player (Includes boxed lunch and walk, bring your own GPS or borrow ours)
- Membership only: $20
- Additional Meal Tickets: Lunch tickets $25 each, Thursday hosted social & dinner tickets $40 each, Breakfast tickets $20 each
Refund Policy
To receive a full refund, your refund request must be e-mailed no later than April 18, 2007. To receive a 50% refund, your refund request must be emailed no later than April 30, 2007. No refunds after April 30, 2007.
