Accommodation Information - The Resort at the Mountain
The Resort at The Mountain is located in the highlands of Oregon at the west slope of Mt. Hood, just one-half mile off Hwy. 26 in Welches, Oregon and one hour from downtown Portland.

Room reservations are being handled differently this year.
When you register for the ACPE Conference online, you will have the option of selecting a room reservation request for The Resort at The Mountain before you finish your registration. After you select your conference registration package online, you may add your Resort at the Mountain room reservation request. The following combinations are offered online: Wednesday and Thursday nights for a King, Queen or Double room and other rooming options. If you need a room on Tuesday as well as Wednesday and Thursday, be sure to add the Add Tuesday option. One night only reservations are not being taken at this time. ACPE will not accept payment for any housing. If you are sharing a room with another conference attendee, please make sure only ONE of you requests a room through the ACPE registration process.
This request does NOT constitute a confirmation for your room. The Resort at the Mountain will contact you one to two weeks after you register for the conference to get your credit card number/payment information. Until you give The Resort your credit card number to hold your room reservation, your room is not guaranteed. If you haven’t heard from The Resort to confirm your reservation, please email ACPE Conference Coordinator acpeconf@verizon.net.
Room reservations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
If no room options are displayed when you select your conference registration package, The Resort is full. Please select the Resort Waiting List option to be added to the room waiting list.
If you are not staying at The Resort at the Mountain, do not select any housing options.
$115 Single; $115 Double
Add $20 for each additional adult
Add 7% room tax
The above rates are good for reservations made by April 4, 2009.

If you cannot get a room at The Resort, there are a number of other properties nearby. The Resort has agreed to provide a shuttle to and from properties within a 3 mile radius of The Resort.
