2009 Conference - IT is CHANGING
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION -- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Sign up for the 2009 ACPE Conference online & Request a Resort Room
Registration for the Conference is the same this year as in the past. The main change is that you need to request a room reservation for The Resort at the Mountain when you sign up for the conference.
The online registration system sets up an account for each school district, department or individual who attends ACPE. If possible, please register everyone at the same time, in the same account if all are being paid for by the same PO or account in your district. This will e-mail to one person whom you designate as the account contact, one statement for everyone rather than a statement for each person who signs up. If each person registers themselves, there will be one account/statement for each person.
How to sign up for Wednesday Activities: Golf, Croquet, Geocache or Hike
This is different this year. Please read.
You should sign up for the Wednesday activities when you register for the conference. These choices are listed on the same page online as the room reservation requests. If you sign up for a Wednesday activity you will need to pay for that with a credit card at the same time you sign up for the conference. You won’t have to pay for the conference if you’re paying with a PO, just the activity. To sign up for a Wednesday activity later, you will need to e-mail ACPE Conference Coordinator acpeconf@verizon.net.

If your answer NO to the above question, please click the NEW USER button on the registration page and proceed through all screens. Registration is not complete until you see the confirmation page. Please know which sessions you think you will attend at the conference when you register.
If you answer YES to the above question, please click the Returning User button on the registration page.
If you registered for the conference online in the past, to login and register with the least amount of difficulties, with all of your information filled in for you, be sure to use the e-mail account and password that were used to set up your account. If you don’t remember your username (maybe it was your secretary’s e-mail?), just sign up as a new user.

You can login to your Online account to verify your registration status and balance. If you still owe money, you can easily and quickly pay your balance online with a credit card. Even better, the next time you register online for ACPE you will be able to login and the entire form will automatically be completed for you!

Payment Information
We accept Visa, MC, Amex and Discover as well as POs and checks.
After you register for the conference, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a statement/invoice attached. If there is a balance due, please forward this invoice to your accounts payable department and pay the conference fees from this statement/invoice. POs may be mailed to ACPE Conference, 5059 U Street, Washougal, WA 98671.
Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be e-mailed to ACPE Conference Coordinator acpeconf@verizon.net no later than April 22, 2009 to receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be given if your refund request is e-mailed to acpeconf@verizon.net no later than May 1, 2009. We're sorry, but no refunds will be given after May 1, 2009.
