You will need to enter all of your information when you register. You may register yourself, a group of people using the same PO or purchase card or have someone else sign you up. If people from your district will be using different POs or purchase methods for the conference registration, please register them separately.

We also would like to know which Wednesday sessions you think you will attend. This helps us with conference room assignments. All session listings will be available in early 2012.

If you want to stay at The Resort at the Mountain, you need to request a room reservation when you sign up for the conference.

Payment Information
We accept Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover as well as POs and checks. If you are paying with a Purchase Order, it's helpful to have your PO number before you register online. After you register for the conference, on the confirmation page you see will include a link to your invoice and registration information. Also, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing these links. If there is a balance due, please print the invoice and forward it to your accounts payable department for payment. POs may be mailed to ACPE Conference, PO Box 6053, Portland, OR 97228-6053.

Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be e-mailed to ACPE Conference Coordinator acpeconf@acpenw.orgno later than March 30, 2012 to receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be given if your refund request is e-mailed to acpeconf@acpenw.org no later than April 27, 2012. We're sorry, but no refunds will be given after April 27, 2012.
