Social Activities:
Social activities are structured to maximize networking between conference attendees and sponsors. The activities run concurrently. We encourage sponsor representatives to participate in different activities in order to broaden your networking possibilities. Sponsor representatives and additional representatives can sign-up for these activities in the registration process. Times for all events will be provided at registration and on the web site. All events are free of charge.
ACPE Social Networking: Golf Tournament, Croquet, Putt-Putt Golf, Lawn Bowling, Nature Walk and Yoga.
These activities start early on Wednesday morning and run concurrently. They are scheduled to end before noon so the membership can attend Sponsor Pre-conference sessions and ACPE's Power Sessions that begin at noon. Golf is a 9 hole scramble format and can be hosted by a sponsor.

Early Bird Power Sessions:
In depth, and hands-on sessions start on Wednesday after lunch. Sponsors are encouraged to attend in order to see what is happening with technology in education.
Pre-Conference Sponsor Sessions:
ACPE offers an opportunity for sponsors to present information about their company at a Pre-Conference session. These 55 minute sessions will provide sponsors the opportunity to dive deeply into a customer solution, new product offering, or other content. Substantial and active School District participation in the presentation is required. Pre-conference sessions should also align with the conference theme. Deadline for Request for Proposals will be 60 days before the start of the conference. RFP information will be sent to all sponsors in January. These sessions will be marketed to attendees via email in March.
Diamond level sponsors will have first priority to present at the Pre-Conference. Preference in awarding pre-conference sessions to Platinum and Gold sponsor proposals will be given based on perceived value to ACPE attendees, sponsorship level, partnerships with educational organizations, and the presentation topic.
All showcase food and beverages will be provided by ACPE. Sponsors are encouraged to incorporate a fun activity to get attendee attention. Maps of sponsor location will be provided to attendees. ACPE will provide drawings and other entertainment incentives to encourage attendee participation.
Gold Sponsors' showcase will included dinner soft drinks, and beverages. Gold showcase is from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Platinum and Diamond Sponsors' showcase begins at 7:45 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. A variety of desserts, drinks, late evening snacks, music and other activities are offered throughout the evening.
Diamond Sponsors will have the opportunity to 'host' an appetizer table during the social hour before dinner.
Platinum and Diamond Sponsors' showcase will take place after dinner. Whenever possible there will be slight changes in entertainment offered from the previous night. Sponsors are encouraged to provide a different focus the second night in order to draw attendees to their location.
