Important Dates for the 2014 Conference: IT's the Wild Wild West Location: The Resort at the Mountain, Welches, OR Dates: May 7-9, 2014 May - October 2013 Sponsors who attended the last conference can sign up and secure last year's sponsorship rates by paying a 20% downpayment before September 30, 2013. Sponsor contact by Board begins. January 16, 2015 RFP Process for PreConferences is posted. Be one of ACPE 2014 Conference Sponsors to present your company information to attendees. RFP form will be e-mailed to Conference Sponsors as well as posted to the website when finalized and approved by the Board. January 31, 2014 Registration for 'free' (form will be provided) and paid 'additional' sponsor representatives begins with on-line registration process. February 1, 2014 Sponsorship payment in full required. February 1, 2014 Last day for 20% refund for Sponsor cancellation. March 1, 2014 RFP for PreConference Session is due. March 31, 2014 RFP for PreConferences are announced. March 15, 2014 Showcase Space request information is sent. March 30, 2014 Showcase Space priorities are complete and provided to Sponsors. April 12, 2014 Materials can be shipped to The Resort. April 22, 2014 Sponsor 'free' attendee registration must be complete. May 7, 2014 Sponsor badges are provided at Sponsor Registration Desk. May 7, 2014 - 9 a.m. Sponsors begin space set-up. May 7, 2014 - 10 p.m. Gold Sponsor spaces are cleared. May 9, 2013 - 12 noon Platinum/Diamond Sponsor spaces are cleared. Next year's deposit to reserve a space is open. This is the deadline to assure Conference sponsorship rates are the same as this year's conference is September 3-, 2014. The rates can only be secured with a 20% down payment. |
